The Idea

Study and Work at the Same Time

Under the Earn While You Learn pathway, eligible learners spend most of their programme inside a real workplace — a hospital, hotel, laboratory, warehouse, store or company — while continuing structured classroom learning.

You gain up to two years of relevant work experience while you study, earn a stipend that helps cover your fees where the employer provides one, and graduate industry-ready rather than starting your job search from zero.

  • Industry-based training in a genuine job role
  • Internship and on-the-job training built into the programme
  • Workplace experience recorded in a supervised log book
  • Stipend or earning opportunity, where available
  • Industry experience certificate, where applicable
  • Career support and placement assistance on completion
