Internal Complaints Committee — POSH Information

Prevention of sexual harassment: what is covered, who to approach, and how a complaint is handled.

1. Commitment

BGLRGM is committed to a study and work environment free from sexual harassment, in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The policy applies to learners, staff, trainers, partners and visitors at every centre and at workplace training locations.

3. Internal Complaints Committee

An Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted with a senior woman as presiding officer, members from among staff, a student representative where the complaint concerns a learner, and an external member familiar with issues relating to sexual harassment.

4. Making a complaint

A written complaint may be given to any ICC member, to the centre head, or sent to admissions@bglrgm.com marked "ICC — Confidential". Assistance is available to any complainant who needs help in putting the complaint in writing.

Retaliation against a complainant, witness or ICC member is itself a disciplinary offence. Complaints are never disclosed beyond those who need to know for the enquiry.
