Academic Approach

How We Teach

Our academic approach starts from the job role rather than the textbook. For each programme we identify the tasks a person in that role actually performs, the competencies those tasks require, and the evidence that shows competence has been reached.

Training Methodology

How Learning Is Delivered

Delivery blends classroom instruction with supervised practice and real workplace hours. For Earn While You Learn programmes the balance is approximately 70% industry exposure and 30% classroom learning.

Demonstration, guided practice and independent practice
Simulation and role-play before live workplace exposure
Rotational workplace postings with a named supervisor
Weekly training log reviewed by faculty and supervisor
Assessment of attitude and workplace behaviour, not only technical skill
