By using this website, submitting an enquiry or application, or enrolling in a programme, you accept these terms together with the policies linked in the footer of every page.
Programme details, fees, schedules, centre information and partner listings are published in good faith and may change. The version in force at the time of your admission, as confirmed in writing by the institution, governs your enrolment.
Submitting an application does not create a right to admission. Admission is confirmed only after eligibility is established, documents are verified and the applicable fee is received. Admission obtained on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information may be cancelled at any stage.
Fees are payable as notified for the programme and session. GST at the applicable rate, including 18% where legally applicable, is charged on specified taxable courses and services and is shown before payment and on the invoice or receipt. See the Fee Policy.
Learners are required to meet the attendance, assessment, practical training and conduct requirements published in the Academic Regulations, Examination Regulations and Student Code of Conduct.
Career guidance, internship, on-the-job training and placement assistance are support services. They do not constitute a guarantee of employment, of a placement, of a stipend or of any level of earnings. Stipend and workplace opportunities depend on programme, employer, eligibility and availability.
Student, staff, member, partner, employer, branch and administrator accounts are personal to the holder. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out under your account.
Course material, assessments, layouts and marks used on this website belong to BGLRGM or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, BGLRGM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer remedy available to a learner at their own location.
